Riley is an Exuberant and Lively Dog who is Very Enthusiastic about Life!

 

Riley is Very Clever and is Looking for Experienced and Active Owners!

 

Riley has already had some training and with him being such a Smart Boy, additional training will be a Breeze!

Riley is a little over a year old and has been at the Shelter since May 30th. Riley is a German Shepherd.

Wayne Stines, AC Officer: I have been an animal control officer going on 9 years. I have lived in Haywood county my whole life and I am married to my wife Marsha and have a son Jaden who is a senior at Mars Hill University. We own both cats and dogs and I enjoy coming to work every day knowing I am going to help an animal in need and also being their voice.

 

Judge Kaleb Wingate: Born and raised in Haywood County. Currently serves as a District Court Judge. Lives in Waynesville near Main Street. Best of luck to Riley! Thank you to the Haywood County Animal Services!

 

HC Deputy Chris Collins: A Haywood County Native and has been in Law Enforcement since 2016. Deputy Collins also served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 2003 to 2010.
